Itanz Signs US$2.1 Million in New Technology Contracts
Itanz Technologies has announced the signing of two new contracts worth a combined US$2.1 million, strengthening its portfolio of international technology projects.
According to the material information submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange on April 7, 2026, the company entered into agreements with Global Blue and eDF Group Dalkia – UAE. The disclosure was made in compliance with Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015 and the applicable Pakistan Stock Exchange regulations.
The larger contract, valued at US$1.80 million, has been awarded by Global Blue for self-service and analytics services for one of Australia’s largest global VAT refund providers. The agreement has a three-year term, according to the company’s disclosure.
Itanz has also secured a US$0.30 million contract from eDF Group Dalkia – UAE for a Billing & Revenue Management System. This agreement carries a five-year term.
Together, the two agreements represent US$2.10 million in contract value. The contracts cover technology solutions ranging from self-service and analytics to billing and revenue management, highlighting the company’s involvement in international digital and enterprise technology projects.
The announcement also stated that Itanz remains committed to complying with applicable regulatory requirements and maintaining corporate governance standards.
The new contracts provide Itanz with additional international business engagements over multi-year periods, with the Global Blue agreement running for three years and the eDF Group Dalkia agreement for five years.
