LSE Capital Limited has announced the incorporation of LSE SPAC-IV Limited (SPAC4), a Special Purpose Acquisition Company established in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

According to material information submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on September 9, 2026, SPAC4 has been formed with plans to pursue a proposed business combination with a pre-identified company operating in Pakistan’s food sector.

The company said SPAC4 intends to file its prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) as part of the proposed transaction. The business combination remains subject to the necessary regulatory approvals.

A Special Purpose Acquisition Company is generally established to raise capital for the purpose of acquiring or combining with an existing business. In this case, LSE Capital has already identified a potential target operating in the food sector, although the announcement did not disclose the name of the target company or details of the proposed transaction.

The development marks another step by LSE Capital toward facilitating a potential corporate transaction in the food industry. Further details are expected to emerge through the prospectus and subsequent regulatory disclosures as the process moves forward.

LSE Capital also requested that the relevant TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange be informed about the development. A copy of the communication was also sent to the SECP’s Offsite-II Department of the Supervision Division.

The proposed combination will remain dependent on regulatory approvals and the completion of the applicable processes before any transaction can be finalized.
