KARACHI: MCB Bank Limited has announced that its First Quarterly Financial Statements for the period ended March 31, 2026, have been published on the bank’s official website, enabling shareholders and investors to access the financial results online.
The announcement was made in compliance with Clause 5.6.9(b) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Rule Book, which requires listed companies to make their quarterly financial statements publicly available. The bank confirmed that the statements can be viewed through a dedicated section on its website.
MCB Bank has encouraged shareholders to visit the website to review the latest financial performance and stay informed about the bank’s operational and financial progress during the first quarter of 2026.
For shareholders who prefer a physical copy, the bank stated that printed versions of the financial statements can be obtained free of charge by submitting a written request to the Company’s Registered Office in Lahore. The requested copies will be dispatched to the shareholder’s registered address within one week of receiving the request.
