KARACHI: WorldCall Telecom Limited has announced revised entitlement and book closure dates for the implementation of its court-sanctioned capital restructuring and the related stock split, issuing a corrigendum to its earlier public notice.

In a notification submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on July 29, 2026, the company said the revision follows the material information it had disseminated through PUCARS on July 28, 2026 regarding the updated implementation schedule of the restructuring process.

According to the revised schedule, the entitlement date has been changed to August 7, 2026, while the book closure will now take place on August 8, 2026. The company clarified that these dates replace the previously announced schedule, whereas all other terms and conditions of the public notice remain unchanged.

The revised schedule was published through nationwide newspapers, including The Express Tribune (English) and Daily Express (Urdu), to ensure shareholders and market participants are informed of the updated timeline. The notices also reaffirm that the changes relate solely to the implementation of the court-approved capital reduction and the consequential stock split.

WorldCall has requested the Pakistan Stock Exchange to notify TRE Certificate Holders accordingly and stated that the enclosed newspaper publications are being submitted for record purposes. The communication was signed by Muhammad Sarfraz Javed, Company Secretary of WorldCall Telecom Limited.

The revised dates are expected to facilitate the orderly execution of the company’s capital restructuring process while keeping investors informed of the updated timetable.
